Image quality guidelines: Innovator Images must be at least 8”x10” and 300 dpi resolution (2400 x 3000 pixels) or larger. Smaller images may be allowed for uploads other than Innovators. Please contact Elizabeth Dellinger with questions about other images.

Include a caption or description for each photo in the caption area provided.

If you are not sure of the resolution of your image, or what format it is in, please mail us a 5”x7” glossy color print and we will scan and return them after the conference. We reserve the right to replace images of insufficient quality with stock images or not use them.

NOTE: Innovator and Forum Photos should be active in content. For example, photos can be of people engaged in activities or tasks, people interacting with other people, or people performing a job. Static images, such as shots of inanimate objects, people posing, receiving awards, or not engaged in activities, are not as visually interesting and may be replaced with stock images.
