Image Upload Site 

READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY. ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED OR YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE REJECTED.

• INNOVATORS: SELECT YOUR STATE IN THE DESTINATION LIST.
• FORUM MODERATOR: SELECT __COMMUNITY FORUMS FROM THE DESTINATION LIST AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR FILE NAMES BEGIN WITH YOUR STATE ABBREVIATION. MAKE SURE YOU FILL IN THE FORUM DATE/LOCATION FIELD.
• YOUTUBE VIDEO WINNER: SELECT __YOUTUBE_VIDEOS FROM THE DESTINATION LIST.

STEP TWO: Use the Browse button to locate the image you wish to upload on your system.
Make sure you follow the format and size constraints indicated on the sidebar depending on the type of file you are uploading.
After selecting your files, fill in the rest of the information, check for accuracy, and then hit the UPLOAD button. Large files may take several minutes to upload.

The file upload limit is 150MB (150000000k).

Accepted image file types are: pdf, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, png, psd, eps, ai.

Accepted video/presentation types are: dv, avi, mpg, mpeg, mov, wmv, MP2, ppt, swf, fla, mpeg4.

Image quality guidelines:
Images must be at least 5”x7” and 72 dpi resolution (360 x 504 pixels) or larger.

Please also include a caption or description for each photo in the caption area provided.

If you are not sure of the resolution of the photo, or what format it is in, please mail us a 5”x7” glossy color print and we will scan and return them after the conference.

NOTE: Photos should be active in content. For example, photos can be of people engaged in activities or tasks, people interacting with other people, or people performing a job. Static images, such as shots of inanimate objects, people posing, or people sitting, are not as visually interesting and won’t be used.
